Anthony, Marcia, Nanci and team were wonderful to deal with, right up to closing. Anthony sold our cottage this summer for over asking and of course we were very pleased about that. However, we don’t think that price is nearly the whole story. He came to advise us at the beginning of the summer on what to do to get ready and his advice made a serious difference in our results. We have sold other properties in our home area and now that we’ve had the Trillium experience we know how good Anthony and his team really are (esp. Marcia). They are easy to recommend.

out of town seller. listed my property with Anthony early in the spring. got an acceptable offer within a couple of weeks. needed some minor repairs. Anthony and Marcia went out of their way to find people to inspect the areas in question and then someone to do the rpairs and coordinate with the tennant to get access to do the work, all of which would have been very difficult for me as I live in Burlington.
